I have been a Vodafone Customer Since 2001. I keep a balance of 5000/10000 in my both numbers regularly. Recently since last 2 months there are scrupulous services of Vodafone getting auto activated and I faced a deduction of 4700 plus from my both accounts.

When I asked for the details they made me pay further 150 for it . Still there is no clear response from them as to when and how did I give my consent and that too repeatedly for stupid services they offer like Video Mazza, Dance Masti etc etc, .Its a day light robbery as non of the other numbers in my family suffered this because there was no balance left in those accounts to be swindled by Vodafone. Their call centre is worst as most of the time system is down.

Their Shop is non responsive had nearly 3 visits still I have to follow up. Finally their Appellate Authority sent me a cut copy paste mail without even bothering to change my name and gave me a credit of 110( which smartly were recovered @150 in detailed bill). With this rate of loot when I asked for my remaining balance to be refunded I was promptly shown the TRAI guidelines stating no refund to Prepaid customers. Is this justifiable practice.

No wonder their standards are falling day in and day out in quality of services with Call Drops happening Every time even though my office is bang opposite their Gujarat Headquarters. Long ago I had predicted demise of Kingfisher Airlines on your portal. Same financial crunch and looting practices have also started in Vodafone and sadly there is no other option but to stay with them till my balance runs out.

I request you to take up the matter and advise regarding taking legal action against these people to recover the loss I have suffered and also wastage of time for 2/3 hours every time I visited their pathetic shop. Also the balance of 7500 and 3700 still remain in my both numbers and I am afraid these Swindlers will try some new scheme on this and later blame me that I gave them consent. Seems the financial Rot in Vodafone is showing up in customer service.

The preposterous Appellate authority gives me cut copy paste answer addressing me as Mr Shah proving that they fleece many of their customers like this. Post the complaint call Drop and call failures have increased understandably due to them being complete jerks and careless due to las indian Laws.
