Most unprofessional and pathetic electronics store. If you don’t like your peace of mind then go there and buy something. They will assure that you won’t sleep and won’t take rest in day. Once you buy something from here then you will end up keep on calling multiple times in day and night, getting office late due to wait for technicians to come to check the brand new appliance not working as all. Their after-sale service is so bad that you would hate yourself and will regret your decision just like me.


I have purchased 2 HITACHI ACs, one 1.5 ton Split AC and a 1.0 ton window AC on Sunday, 22nd APRIL 2018 from them. Got delivery of both on Monday, 23rd APRIL 2018 and Window AC installed on same day in evening and Split AC was installed on Tuesday, 24th APRIL 2018 by MOBILE CARE, (Hitachi Authorized Service Partner). Window AC is working fine but Split AC didn’t work for even a single hour. The Installation guy(Mr. Haseen) found front panel lid of indoor unit broken while installing. I have already registered complaint of the same with HITACHI cust. Care on Tuesday itself but it has not been changed till today.


There was no cooling from the Split AC as well which I realized in evening. Next day(25th APRIL 2018) another guy came for demo and found that there is no cooling so he also noted it and told me that technician will come and check the same it may be happened due to leakage in pipe which will be repaired but nobody came till 27th APRIL 2018 morning. I have wasted whole day at home waiting to technician to come and check and also calling customer care numbers(both Hitachi and Vijay Sales(here nobody picked up the phone). Also raised new complaint with HITACHI for no cooling.


Now after 2 days of wait again after making calls to customer care, a new technician(Mr. Ali) came, checked and filled new gas in outdoor unit but after spending 2 hours he raised his hands and told me that he is not sure about the exact problem and his senior technician will come in evening and check again.


Then senior tech. guy(Mr. Kuldeep) came and after 1 hour of inspection told me over phone(I was in office at that time) that compressor is faulty so it has to be repaired which I REFUSED to do as I am really frustrated now and want a replacement of whole new unit because I have already suffered a lot in last 4 days. I DO NOT want this unit to be repaired.


Then they confirmed that it will be replaced but again it took 2 days for the same so new replaced unit was received on 30th APRIL, which got installed on 1st MAY but it still not working properly.


Now again I am waiting for another technician to come and check the problem.


It is really frustrating.
