My Pan card is dispatched from Mumbai on 27 July and it is out of delivery from ghz on 10 August but till now it doesn't reach to my place.
No contact number is reachable and no response of mails.
I don't know how irresponsible they are PAN card is important documents they should understand this and in many areas it is mandatory one.
I don't know velex has many bad reviews afterwards income tax office are sending our pard through this courier service.
I request you please try to understand importance of PAN card and try to deliver iit as soon as possible.
