Very bad experience. The maturity period happened in May 2020 during nation wide lockdown. When we went to take the gold coin, they were telling that they don't have much gold as of now due to losses incurred during lockdown. Are we running their business?. It is their lookout. What mistake did we do?. We now have no option but to take cash instead of gold coin. Cash profit is very less and if we would have got gold, then we could have sold it and got much higher profits as per current rate.
Pathetic experience. Staff too is rude.
