Now-a-days I facing lots of problems with UBER drivers though some of them are very good.
UBER drivers frequently cancel the trip. First they call us and ask us to cancel. When we say if we cancel we lose money they say that is not their problem. Sometimes they cancel after they come to know the payment is NOT CASH. They said UBER pays them after a long time and so there is no use of payment made online. ONE QUESTION TO UBER. WHY not make driver to pay the client if they cancel a trip. What is the logic that only if client cancels they have to be punished with fine and drivers can go scot free if they cancel.
