I added Google Pay as a payment option and two times they have charged me twice for one trip. Once the amount was 978 and othr time it was 378. After making the payment again it asks for the same amount and if I go to the help centre they never respond. They simply say they can't do anything. I am asking them from past so many days that you have charged the amount twice from me, I have even shown my bank statement to them that it got deducted twice but they are failing to understand and not even responding to me now. I would advice everyone please stop using this App, use ola instead and try to avoid online payment because this company steals your money and never returns.
