I had always preferred Uber services compared to others but they have lost a gold customer because of their inability to solve my problem for past 4 months.


I had traveled to US in Feb and my payment of around $50 at US did not go through my card, which I realized upon landing at B'lore while trying to make a booking for my drop to home. So, I immediately changed the payment method to Gpay and cleared it. But still, I couldn't make any bookings, as repeatedly it kept stating my previous payment was pending. I had raised multiple tickets, providing them screen shots of the payment. They mention stating we see the payment is done, will look into it immediately and release the hold but never respond and till date it's unresolved. I have given up and uninstalled the app.
