My dad invested 15 year plan. When it got matured they didn't have curtsy to send mail or at least one sms. I need to call and takes 15 mins to answer and they will tell need to visit nearest UTI office and give request for withdrawal, updating bank details etc. etc. NO ONLINE.and the lady at desk is also not co-operative.
Never ever invest in UTI. UTI is again doing what it does best, that is " to abandon its investors without any warning".
