I purchased a men Titan watch of 3.5K within 5 months strap golden polish came out. It took 15 days to get replaced and come to me. Then started facing problem in strap locking, again went to shop and got rectified it. After 6 months again machine working stopped.
I had purchased Titan watch as a quality product and brand in the market since long. But facing continuous problems and dis-satisfied with overall watch quality which was not expected against highly paid amount.
More of the time it was with services only, then how can we say about good quality. Now also its with titan services.
Its a waste of our time to go to shop every time for getting service and waste of money too.
