I purchased a Titan watch two months before. After 45 days only, the strap of the watch broke.I approached the Titan's dealer from where I bought the watch.I was told, "The strap will be replaced on charge".On inquiring for warranty;I was replied, "Strap of the watch is not in warranty".I said, "On purchase, I was clearly mentioned that the strap was under warranty". I was asked to leave the watch and the watch is still not available with me since past two weeks.On inquiring, I was told that my watch's strap will be replaced with a longer strap on receipt of stock.I had purchased the watch as Titan is a brand in the market since long.I had really not expected this kind of poor quality and service from such a brand.
