Hi friends,

As we know Helth is our welth. Thats why we much take care of our helth always as we care of our wealth ( $money) . Here, I would like to tips on a helth and fitness.

From the morning to night a person take lots work, work stress, headatch and he get ill or being upfit. Thats the reasom lots of people are unfit than other s.

People waste ther e so much money for helth but they do not get proper helth from lots of helth treatments also.

Thats why I want to give tips for these peoples who wasting their money behind the helth.

1) dont get stress: Some people who always work, work and work every time like 247 . And then get helth treatments they shoud take care their helth now, before they get unfit.

2) take diet at proper and regular time: People should taking care of their diet. They must take a meal at proper time. And proper way. Not so fast and not late etc

3) getting early in the morning: People shout get up early in the morning. That is help them to bring their helth fit always

4) exercise and yoga: I must advised and wants to suggest proper exercise and yoga every in the morning for helth and fitness. It really the best way to keep your helth good and fit.

5) do not eat oily and junk food: Today is the modernlize world and people dont have time for their meal as well as helth. Lots of people eat junk food, fast food and oily etc on road, mall, trip, tour areas .

These will helps our staff attitude or our proper availablity of blood in our body.

Ar we can say that it should helps to maintain our body mass index ( BMI) . So I want to suggest and tips them to do. Not eat those types of meal & food. That food is harmfull for helth.

These are some easy, simple and totally free of cost tips and triks for good helth and fitness.

Take care and trying to accure those tips in our daily life.
