This is regarding the Europe Tour that we had ventured upon in last 20 days with our tour manager Mr. Surjeet Kumar. Am extremely pleased to let you know that Thomas Cook has outdone themselves, it was an absolutely fantastic experience, that we actually owe to Mr. Surjeet. He is an extremely competent, knowledgeable and helpful manager and even a better human being. He went out of the bounds of his official duties to take utmost care of all the guests. His considerate and thoughtful demeanor make every bit of our fast-paced journey an amazing roller coaster ride, that we all will cherish for the rest of our lives. From the most trivial issues of wifi to the significant aspects of travel, food, comfort, Mr. Surjeet made sure each one of us had no reason to worry and ample reasons to enjoy this holiday. There were some unfavorable circumstances like few guests falling sick, but Mr. Surjeet single-handedly managed such situations with much care and skills, he made sure timely medical attention was provided etc that helped in their recuperation. He was really the best support we could have ever wanted, At every place, Mr. Kumar was first to arrive, last to leave, even last to eat meals, as he made sure that everything is perfect for each one of us.
In every group, there are always some trouble-makers, and there was one here too. A guest, Mr. Tirumalai wasn't really a pleasant person to travel with. He acted unreasonably and rude with Mr. Surjeet for no reasons at times. He was hell bent in trying to find faults in his management. And yet Mr. Kumar was respectful and graceful about such situations, and still tried helping him out, capturing memories for them. His strengths as a manager just shone bright when he stayed kind towards him, and he ensured that negativity doesn't affect others. We can't really blacklist guests because they are wired differently, but I would request Thomas Cook to look past any criticism that ensues from this particular guest. And may be, if Mr. Tirumalai do opt for Thomas Cook the next time, am sure you guys are competent enough to crack tough nuts like him and turn them into your fans.:)
I for one, will be recommending Thomas Cook to all my friends and relatives. You guys do a fantastic job! And am not willing to travel anywhere if am not assigned Mr. Surjeet as Manager.
