Below is the mail I write to them 3 days ago to which they did not reply and responding badly and it contains the story

Hi,


13 months ago I had bought probably the most expensive phone of Nokia i.e. Lumia 925 for 30000rs from mobile store. I had got warranty for 1 year of Nokia warranty and another year in mobile store warranty.


I mentioned above expensive phone because I expect that thing to run for atleast 3-4 years. It has not been 1.5 year and the phone got dead. I understand its not the mistake of mobile store but probably of Nokia. So I went to Nokia first and they said that its out of warranty for them. Apparently, I came to mobile store and submitted the phone. Despite explicitly telling the store that dents dont mean physical damage actually, he wrote the things as physical damage and got me signed as I did not have any other option while submitting. Also, I was told that I will get back the phone in 10 days.


Now the real story starts, the phone was suppose to reach to service center by next day of submission but when I called even on 3rd day, they told me that it hasnt reached service center yet. I called them the 5th day and they told me that they have received the phone and they will repair it in next 2-3 days. I asked them explicitly that I hope there is no factors like damage and all is involved and they told me that the phone will get repaired and that I dont need to worry. I got a phone on 6th day for my verification, I asked the same explicitly that my phone will get repaired, right? They said yes. I called them on 8th day and today which is 12th day and I asked them again the same previous question and they told me the phone is repaired and now is shipped to centre.


When I reached center, I was suppose to read the mail saying that the phone is not repaired because of damage of chip. I called the service center guys right there itself, and once girl there told me that it is repaired. I made her talk the shop center guy and then the repair center girl tells me that phone is damaged. I told her to mail me the details and she told me that I can read the mail.


Below are the questions and complaints:


What do you think of consumer? You treat them like a king when they come to buy and dont even give respect to their time and efforts when it comes top service


Who takes the responsibility of intimating me about what is going on with my phone? No one intimated me in 12 days


Why did it take 2 more days then given time and then you need to say that phone is not repaired


You claimed that he chip is damaged. I can assure you that I have never open it or asked/allowed any 3rd party operator/repairer, etc to open it. I can support my statement by following ways


I have the warranty of Nokia in first year? Why would I go to any one else.


I have the warranty of mobile store in next year, why would I go to anyone else


I had asked Nokia guys to repair it and they did  not mention tamper anywhere but said it happens sometimes. I can have that in written and I have the bill and all saying the same


Why are you scared of forwarding that mail to me? If not scared and if its policy, then why come up with this kind of policy


How do you prove authentically that my chip was damaged


Complaint: Now, for sure I am going to consumer court, should we talk there itself or you want to answer my question respecfully which you are not doing till now


Complaint: I know I dont have anything in my hand but to go to consumer court and shout on websites like mouthshut.com, etc but I dont understand why do you behave so badly with consumers once bought


P.S.: You have tested my patience for more than 10 days, I do ont have a lot of patience, so I expect you to answer/acknowledge me in 24 hours.
