I have been a tata sky customer for more than 7 hours now. Initially, I was happy with the services but ever since I added a secondary account with them, I have been facing problems. After I added the secondary account, I have to call them and get my account refresh on every re-charge. To avoid this, I have to recharge twice on the same account. I have escalated this several times but never gets appropriate service from them. The issue stands as it is and with several attempts to get this addressed, I have given up and opting to go to another service provider.
