Unable to add new channels

I’ve been trying to add new channels via sms to 56633, it doesn’t happen. Upon calling Tata sky they say they cant do it over the phone, I need to do it either by sending sms from registered mobile(which is not happening) or by using the app. In app there is system error.
Whats the Tata sky customer service there for?
