As per my experience with Tata Sky do not go for this service. Its up to you whether you take my advice or not. But its my true experience. Most Frustrating and pathetic service. customer service agents literally waste your time. What ever the issue is they will suggest you for service engineer visit and it is 150 rupees chargable. The issue will occure after 30days and so. I think Tatasky is robbing customers with this option. New type of fraud.
