Today my balance is near 7000 rupees. And I asked the costomer care to activate my annual pack . The costomercare clearly says that this balance will not be adjusted in the annual pack . I will have to deposit a full amount of annual pack above the balance to activate it . And when I asked costomer care when the company executive calls for activation packs, then how do u adjust against balance. Their answer was for this option u have to pay full year amount and it won't be adjusted. Not in the policy of Tatasky to adjust . This is sheer extortion. Not expected of tata group doing this . Shame on them. They don't deserve the respect being given. They operate like a thug company hungry for customers free interest money .
