I took connection at SEP month, paid all amount 2500 with technician fees 500 executive said me she will provide DTH services, along with life time card and one month free, now when I called to Tata sky they are saying that they don't have such plans and don't know about the executive. But the executive provided a paper which having all Tata sky details and registered number. Now Tata sky people is saying is we are helpless even after providing the paper executive name number details and technician details also through mail Tata sky people is not taking any initiative for the customers this is very pathetic and very much carelessness and doing fraud to people.
