Horrible experience with Tata sky shifting

My brother recently relocated from dadar to Prabhadevi and raised request for shifting of Tata sky dish to new location. Since almost 6 days Tata sky scheduled the engineer visit and a day before another message came on the day when engineer visit was scheduled that engineer visit is rescheduled for tomorrow. It happened continuously for 6 days and it seemed like they were testing our patience. Everyday my brother use to make 5-6 calls to customer care and they use to promise to schedule engineer visit next day. Finally, after a week engineer came but he asked where is dish and cable but it was their job to get it from previous location and install it to our new location. Engineer then said u need to Rais request to customer care again for getting the cable and dish from old location and once that come then request for installation. But we raised request for shifting so it was their duty to first take out cable and dish from old location and then reinstall it at new location. We thought it will take at least 10 days so we cancelled our subscription ask to refund our money. It was horrible experience with Tata sky customer services this time. I would recommend everyone not to shift their Tata sky set up rather cancel existing subscription and get new one.
