Last week bought Tata fund for the first time and activated SIP but I repent now. Tried to contact customer care number 1800 209 0101 several times for 2 days but no one picked up the calls. SMSed TMF to 57575 but no response received in 48 hours

Everything is falling in deaf ear and no one bothers to respond - I have never expected such a poor service from Tata MF This is the worst thing that you can expect after investing with any fund house. I have never come across such a third graded customer service from any of the fund houses where I have invested over the years.

Tata MF should look sharp into the matter to keep up the goodwill and brand image. I am now feeling helpless as I do not know whom should I get in touch with in case I come across some issues in future - it seems know ones business here in Tata MF

Think twice before you go with Tata MF as you may not reach out to customer care at the hour of need.
