I am from Aurangabad Maharashtra I am a lawyer, my claim against theft was approved about march 2017 by the SYSKA gadget insurance, as my mobile of samsung gone stolen, but even after 120 days from the date of approval this company is making me fool, every time their customer care executive told us that they will transfer the amount in my account am listening to this from last more than7 month.
My claim no is 1602082897, I think I have made more than 200 phone calls but they do not pay heed, hence I have filed complaint before the honorable consumer forum seeking compensation of Rs 50, 000/- my case no is 270/2017
Guys, I have experienced there service this is worst insurance company
