Clam Cancelled without any reason after one year .

I have called thousands of time to syska call center for last one year finally yesterday when I call the customer care for update they told we are sorry your claim is rejected and they don't the reason,
syska is cheating customer they are a big cheater the call center guys don't know any thing. friends can anyone provide me details of consumer forum
