The availability of the company service in the same city is very important in selecting the air cooler for purchase. The air coolers are not a proven kind of device. Especially the symphony air coolers. Though symphony is there for some time in this industry (my guess) they are not confident about their own design of the air cooler. They don’t provide any phone number to contact them. There is only one (3 line)address of symphony, which is at ahemadabad and no phone number. You can not contact them by any other means. So if you are buying it in any other city…GOD help!

The air cooler which I bought did not work at all. The sales person at the shop for demonstration showed the air cooler without having filled water into the device. Imagine they are always demonstrating the air cooler which has to be used with water, by not using water. What kind of testing is it. Once you bring it home and fill with water and switch ON, it is silent.

I am totally astonished, how can symphony send a machine with out testing!

Imagine the (brand new) air cooler needs a repair to start working! Even that repair I have not been able to get it done by them…
