THEY DON'T GET IT

I have not met ANYONE who has anything good to say about Suncom. I live in North Carolina, so I was with AT&T Wireless originally. When AT&T Wireless and Cingular merged, the Carolinas were bought by Suncom. During all this time, I was making my monthly credit cards to AT&T wireless, they later forwarded the payments to Cingular and finally to Suncom. All of a sudden, Suncom claimed that they never received my payments. They kept bouncing me around from one customer service rep to another, asking me to contact my credit card company, contact Cingular to no avail. TERRIBLE customer service. Now, they are sending me warning letters that they will send my ''non-payment'' to the collection agency.


DO NOT CHANGE YOUR SERVICE TO SUNCOM!!!


I have a friend who's being paying them using online banking and they have not received his payment for the last 3 months!!! Strangely, Suncom is the ONLY one that does not receive his payments


Suncom. THEY DON'T GET IT!!!!
