I would like to share my experience of sbi branch mapusa-goa, I visited the bank to open a saving account but they refuse to open account just because their concern person was on leave, they couldn't arrange someone else to do needful procedure of my new account opening and telling me to come next week again to open the account and sbi staff was very rude to me and dont have any decency and maners to talk to their customers.secondly, sbi employees are lazy and their behavior towards customer is very harsh.
So, I went to their General manger to complaint about this, but he was least bothered and had no guts to question his staff regarding this and he don't know to manage his staff at all.
