This review is for the Musaram Branch manager(Surekha-now working in king koti I believe) and her SBI policy agent Madhu. I don't know what they get out of fooling customers. They are literally super great liers. I live in United States(Indian Citizen). I had some money, I was planning to buy land as a future investment and almost about to buy a land but the owner didn't show up, some of my DD's got to waste and there was a DD of SBI for 50k and miss Surekha gave a contact number of an agent who handles DD's and he asked me 4k to get your work done and I gave right away to that guy and in meanwhile Miss Surekha told me about a scheme of paying 6lakhs per annum and with good returns of at least 9% and above. I do have to pay for 5 years which is 30 lakhs and in turn, I will get( they gave a list of amounts). I was hesitant to enroll in this scheme thinking about what I cannot pay for up to 5 years or may need money just in case of emergency. She said " u can withdraw your money whenever you want without any issues" There you go a big lie to me. After 11 months due to covid, I lost my job for 8 months and I was in need of money. I reached her, there was a list of surprises for me

1.She got a transfer and the phone was answered by someone else.

2.I was able to contact her somehow, she said she is on maternity leave for 6 months and can't help with policy.

3.I reached to Madhu(SBI insurance agent), He said there will be a locking period under a policy that I cannot withdraw my money for up to 5 years and no one can help you get your money back until the 6th year.

4.The guy who took 4k Mohammed Mohsin and promised to resolve my DD's issue in a month took 12 months giving excuses all the time and still the issue isn't resolved.

5.Meanwhile I asked Madhu what should I do now in order to not to pay yearly payments. He said simply don't pay money that's all.

6.Now after a month, the money that I have in my NRO for my marriage was automatically deducted and paid for the policy. I never linked that account to the policy. Now you see the bloody money stealers.

7.I reached the same day to each one of them regarding this transaction and again useless. Branch manager Surekha No response. Current Branch manager, Sir please call later. Madhu started magical assumptions, based on your name they will find an account and it will do it automatically the payments if any of your bank accounts have money.HUh? lol seriously?

All I want you to say is DO NOT TRUST these ppl. Miss Surekha seems to be very nice to me. I felt she is a real lady with honest suggestions and I trusted her without even reading the policy restrictions. Of course, there could be definitely some profit out of it end of the day but they are supposed to say to the customers each and everything very clearly. Such a shame, maybe I am feeling super angry coz I live in the US. Here everyone speaks truths and discusses facts.
