I'm from chapra and I need to open an account in sbi bank, so i visited sbi chapra bazar branch. I took all my documents which i all need to open an account but to open a single account, sbi agent of the chapra bazar branch took 5 hours. And their behavior towards customer was rediculos. When i visited sbi bank i saw there are plenty of customer but only 2 windows are open for customer out of 6.
