On 19 October my sbi credit card was misused. I called d customer care immediately and request to blocked my card and apply new one, also request for the money back. But my new card is not delivered to yet. I called customer care 4 times and they guys every time saying it will be delivered very soon. I am very irritated about the poor service and I will never use SBI bank services in the future.
