They don't have any Credit card or Loan staff in the branches. When you call Phone banking each person will give different information you will get lost whom to listen to. When you go to Bank they will provide you 3rd information. Whom to listen you will not know. None takes responsibility of these mistakes.

When you submit Pre-closure request to the bank there will NOT be no acknowledgement or update made in the system. You will get a call after couple of days that amount is insufficient or excess amount will be refunded later( Not sure when that will be and how many follow up we need to do) . As my husband is out of country we spent so much money is getting the documents signed from him. Now because of these inefficient process they have I have to spend so much in couriering back and need to bear the interest until this reprocess is done.

Bank staff will not talk to Phone banking person or Loan department to help us with correct details. When you ask for Loan you will be treated as King and when you ask for Pre-closure you will be treated like a unwanted visitor.
