Such a terrible service deducted amount from my bank account for a failed transaction.the other side confirmed by an email immediately that they have not taken the money.I am calling customer service again and again since yesterday but they say that it will not get refunded before Monday because bank doesn't work on weekends.so let customer suffer.secondly the executive Tejas.tell me he after placing my call on hold for more than 10 mins that no supervisors are available to take calls.hilariously he says I can't hear him because his mic is not functioning.( customer suffers for poor resource management).extremely poor services.no bank takes this long time to reverse the amount for a failed transactions.I will post this to mouth shut also for their poor services.Neha Dey
