2-3 weeks back I received call from 9990378628 who claimed to be from SCB Loan division. I was planning for a business at that time so told them that I will call back in 2-3 weeks time.


Now called them back, people on the phone don't have manners to talk, they literally shout not talk, Zero listening skills and don't understand details of their own offerings. Horrible experience!


Better hire robots to talk rather than such people and why give them cellphones, why don't they call from the recorded line which can be used to train them?
