Fraud and cheater bank, please avoid this bank

I feel Standard Chartered India is a heartless and fraud bank. There has been a fraud transaction on my supplementary card ending with 8198 of 122.98 GBP on 26th Feb and that without my confirmation or sending any sms. Already there has been 2 suspected transaction which got rejected on 22nd Feb and I had blocked this card.

Also I filed the dispute case ref no. 20130228119795  immediately on 28th Feb when I got to know that a fraud transaction has been posted. But your Bank people are so ignoring that they didn't do any investigation and simply said after 2 months they its a transaction done using the previous password so we cant reverse it.

If the previous password would have not been used then how the transaction would have posted and how the fraud would have happened.  Also when the same password is used then why not it can happen by Stan Chat employee as they are the only one who knows all our details.

I wrote mail to their Chairman Mr. John Peace apart from CEO and VPs Mr. Neeraj Swaroop, cheater lady Ms. Madhura DasGupta, Mr. Sunil Kaushal, Mr Jaspal Bindra, but there is no point. No one is responding and I am surprised that this is the kind of customer service or delight given to the customer. I feel such bank should be bankrupted and should be kicked out of India who doesn't look into the customer problem but just harass and demand money which the customer has never availed.

Also, I personally followed up with the merchant where the shopping was done by the fraud person and the merchant is ready to share the details. But due to security reason they cannot share to me, but they are ready to share to the bank. But bank doesn't want to approach them and just want to push the payment on me.

I am fed up with such horrible bank and I would like to inform everyone in this world that no one should go for Standard Chartered India credit card and they should boycott Stan Chat.
