I purchased two travel bags and a slipper from your esteemed Lindsay showroom and came back home late evening today. I told the salesperson to check everything and pack it. At home I found the strap of the bag (code14578) not in place and the bag worth Rs 470.


After I tried calling to the number given in the cash memo  at 19.33 from my cell, I was instructed to call at 9.30 as there were lot of customers. I called at 21.27 from my cell and the person at the other end in the showroom responded that why I did not check my belongings before leaving the showroom. I tried to be polite and lost temper as the person was not cooperating at all. If u proudly state in the cash memo''PROUD TO BE AT YOUR SERVICE'' why is it that you do not take care of the customers when they are in worry. Unfortunately you keep horrible people at customer service .


When I asked the person's name he  hung up the call. I called again at 21.29 to ask the name of the person and somebody else picked up the phone and never revealed who talked to me. I am stating you the time of call for your help. A concern of Bengal goes online shopping with horrible bunch of people to serve us.


The fact is I am extremely sad what a big organization like yours respond to the mass. THANK U , I WILL KEEP SHARING MY EXPERIENCE WITH MY FELLOW PEOPLE.Keep up your service. I was called back from your showroom to be informed that I will be given the bag strap tomorrow. I know in anyway I will get it, but the person who took the phone call forced me to mail you. Please change your attitude towards customers who are in real help, rather than blaming them.
