This is for Spice Telecom Mobile Operator Management that they can offer a better service for the users of Spice mobiles so that their product can be widely used by the mass and improve their acceptance among general peoples. It's not the price by which people tend to purchase a product but also the after sales service which has a greater role in product popularity and becoming people's choice of preference.

I went to Laxmi Nagar service center where I saw a worst service is being provided by that center. Lot of people were suffering with unsatisfied queries for past few months.

Some people had issues like they deposited their mobiles having some problems but they were given their mobiles after 15 days without repairing it but charging fees on that, others were like they had no solution (equipment, accessories)  for any problem people were facing with their mobile, shortage of people handing queries, behavioral aspect of employees at service center with the customers etc. These were a few to mention but actually it is the responsibility of the management to look after these aspects of selling and product value enhancement.

I don't understand why management doesn't understand the importance of service? Why do they only believe on selling a product and after that they forget their customers? Why don't they want their customer to come back and purchase their product?
