Here with I would like to share my agony and pain wic I suffered with spacewood kalyan nagar bangalore branch.
I had given a order for kitchen with 100% advance payment given to them on their terms and conditions, I made the payment in month of June after the payment was made the office people told me that they don't have selected design and they requested us to change the design after waiting of one month which I agreed as a gud customer by believing their false promises then the story of pain start by delay in supply and they supplied 50% materiel to site after 75 days and that too was with technical faults in their products eg, storage boxes.
Door shutters which they promised they will send soon now almost its almost half of oct they finished job after around 12 visits and installed kitchen still has technical fault in storage by 20mm after giving complain to MR ANIL VAS local in-charge here he told us the only solution is to remove the granite and re-fix it leading to my waste of time, energy, my patience, & money which I paid to my builder(40000 rs), & after after that mr anil told me to go ahead and speak with mr girish the local senior manager at spacewood bangalore which I did and I called him 3 times but answer was I will update you soon still waiting for
Update only and ultimately I lost my patience and I called him again told him let company pay my compensation for delay cost and but they told bluntly told they will not pay single rs and we have to keep waiting till they install it and delay happens which is common with their company procedure and he was very harsh in the words and ultimately I told him that we will filing case in consumer court and answer given by MR GIRISH as a local head here please go ahead we are not bothered about anything, even we sent mail to company but they are not ready to answer .
its my question to public that after paying 100% advance to company and suffering at their hand for almost 5 month, is it fair at company's part to harass as customer like this?
