Good airline needs some tune-up

Recently, My wife and my 3 year old were flying with SW on a Saturday morning. It was an early flight 8:25 AM departure and we were at the airport at 7:00 AM. There was a huge line(100+) for people to check-in baggage even if you have your boarding pass. SW staff was slow and it took us an hour to check in one bag.


SW must look into opening a curb side check-in, like at O'hare where its not free but saves you from inconvenience. SW, must also consider electronic kiosk check-in, all checked in bag is screened by TSA any way, like O'hare one will be more than happy to drop their bags off to TSA counter. In both cases SW will be saving time and money.


In regards to flight, I have positive feed back from my wife. The plane was clean and on time arrivals both the time. SW is no frills airline, so what you get is all economy cabin, soda and crackers.


SW you are good but need some tune-up to gear up better for now, United and AA you guys get your game right. Remember you snooze, you loose.
