Hopeless service the wonder begins when u enter the bus you booked for window seats but no numbers are allocated or painted anywhere as shown in online booking, the passengers r made to sit anywhere, the tour manager or guide Shiv kumar has zero human values ready to misbehave.. The spots which r promised in itineraries are not shown, time alloted r very less.. Ac not cooling the bus.. Overall useless travelling with shashi travels
