Had a trip planned through savaari.com from Bangalore to Mysore. It was a round trip on a very tight schedule. I regret using savaari.com for this as the experience was a nightmare. The driver came with a faulty car. He picked me and after 20 kilometers, said there was some problem with the car. He drive for an other 20 kilometers and said some diesel pipe is eaten up by something and can’t drive for long stretches. Then he stopped in the middle of nowhere in a garage to fix it. All the while, am sitting looking at my watch and thinking about the trip that is getting screwed up. I called customer service and they said once the car is fixed, they will ask the driver to drive faster. Nobody is even looking at the inconvenience to the customer and customer safety. One horrible experience.
