This is to inform you that the services which you are providing at your iways is not only insufficient but also troublesome.When u go in any iway u always find that the iway is facing one or the other problem in technical field and the owner says that it is from sify side, we can not do anything in this matter and user become very disturb from this oftenly occurred known situation.
And we cant expect this carelessness in technical support, of ur own iways from a very reputed company as u are(sify online).
So it is kindly requested to look in to the matter and make us free of silly troubles with support of ur skilled engineers.
PROBLEMS:
1.THERE IS NO INTERFACE DRIVE SUPPORT.
2.FILES DELETED AFTER LOGGING OUT.
3.MS -WORD AND MS-EXCEL IS NOT AVAILABLE.
4.SLOW LAN NETWORK.
5.PRINTING PROBLEM
6.EVERY LOGIN TIME 1 RUPEES DEDUCTED FROM UR ACCOUNT.
7.FUN VIRUS
8.THERE IS NO BLUETOOTH DRIVE SUPPORT.
9.EXTRA MANY CHARGE.
(RATE PER RS. 15/HOUR FOR A ACCOUNT HOLDER, WHEN HOLDER USE 60 MIN. I’VE USE NET 5 HOUR 45 MIN THEN SIFY CHARGE RS. 20/HOUR, TOTAL LESS AMOUNT IN MY ACCOUNT RS. 115/-)
