My friend passed away after staying many days in ICU in Sakra. It was pathetic experience for us. We believe Sakra made 3L extra money by keeping him on Ventilator for may be 3 days even when he was dead.

Reasons why we think so  -

  • his face was black since 3 days before he was declared dead,

  • tap was applied to his eyes 3 days before declared death.

  • ICU componders do not allow relatives to touch patients since 3 days before declared death

  • After death, Doctor asked us to go directly to crematory [why was he bothered where we are taking dead body], hospital packed his body so tightly that its not possible to open.

  • When Sakra showed us the heartbeat before his death, the date of birth was incorrect. They might have one stored copy and may be they just change patient details and date to show fake death [few days after real death]

I strongly advice that if any of your relative is in Sakra ICU or ventilator, then check his heartbeat personally by touching to ensure he is alive or not. Otherwise, you will also unnecessary pay for dead body in ICU.

Sakra do not properly share information about ICU patient heath, making situation worse.

Sakra always tell no blood in blood bank, arrange yourself. How can it be called world hospital?

One of my friend said same thing was done in MS Ramaya hospital with his uncle dead body. So it seems to be new trend in Bangalore big hospitals.
