With reference to Intimation No. CLI/2021/190000/0139333, Policy No. P/190000/01/2019/008912, I, the proposer, wish to place the following grievances:




  1. I am totally dissatisfied with the amount reimbursed against the claim.Reimbursement of OT and surgeon charges, CT scan etc are deliberately avoided by showing clerically-defined lame excuses. If OT and surgeon charges cannot be reimbursed, may you please suggest a good reason for selecting your company as my health insurer?




  2. I am also dissatisfied with the delayed payment of a slim reimbursed amount.
