My Father 66 years last year opted for STAR red carpet health insurance, this May 04, unfortunately he was diagnosed with Stage 4 lung cancer. We had to make claim for his chemotheraphy treatment. These guys were too fast and genuine in approval. However it was copayee 70% from STAR and 30% from us, still I didnt except the class of service. Replies every 3 hours for query or claim.
