If there is something less than 1 star could have given that. They have their agents across hospitals. And their job from day 1 is to check how to deny the claim.
I had a very bad experience where in the customer care where he said he will pray for my mother instead of settling my claim.
Its better to give money to some NGO or charitable service than paying premium to these insurance guys. Anyways they will eat it.
Paid for 2 successful years for me and my mother, where in we had no claims, but at the time of need, where a claim was made they came up with hundreds of reasons to deny the claim.
When I checked with my friends many had the same experience.
So never ever recommend Star Health to anyone.
