Horrible customer care and after sales team. Review on Rentickle.com

Anyone looking at renting from here, while they may offer the the cheapest rent, but their delivery guys, customer care do not have basic knowledge or are even graduates to know hoe to talk to customers. I was not comfortable signing ECS papers, and since the first payment, including deposit was online I requested them to send me online link or collect PDC. They did neither, but every week call me up like recovery agents and treat me like someone who has run away with the money. Finally when I escalated to the ceo, I got link and I made payment within 2 hours. Within those two hours, while zubair Ahmed called to apologies he also sent me mail to pay up immediately followed by another call within 10 minutes if recieving link by another employee to pay up.

Do note, I got the purifier on 3rd nov, already paid for month of November and the deposit. And from 3rd to 23 November I got 3 calls to pay up for next month's immediately, even thiuth they advertise as monthly payment. I was ok to do thay as eell, as I didn't trust thrm with ECS and giving them signature in bank forms.

Post this I left comment on their Facebook page, and Zubair Ahmed who is the alliance and escalation manager called me to ask why am I posting review and threatened to remove reviews.And if I didn't he would write how o didn't pay up for advance months and defame me. All for this after I have paid them advance , current month rent and they failed to send me payment link or collect PDC. I am doubtful if they will return my deposit and also not sure if they will harm me as they have my address. Do note I have marked the CEO before writing review and he has not acted on it
