One of my friends quit got an offer from Quantum BSO. The offer was in email of 4-5 lines. When he asked the HR, she said we offer like this only; it is our policy. He quit a CMM level 5 and went to join them.
When he reached there, he was shocked to know the hidden policies of the company. Few of the policies are:
Saturday working.
9.75 hrs working everyday.
1 Yrs contract
They will keep ur original certificate.
No flexible timing.
Lot of variable pays.
Unhygienic toilet and work place.
No canteen in office
and many more. So he decided not to join them. The company administration were not ready to return his certificate. Anyhow he could got it.
I am bewaring you guys about this. Please think 1000 times before joining this company.
