Avoid using this shipping company at all cost. my parcel has not been updated since 9th May. then it suddenly arrived in Singapore(from HongKong) on 15th June for dispatch to the UK. Its tracking service is terrible, you have no idea when you or will you ever received your parcel.
I have ordered goods from HK using other shipping and it arrived within 3 weeks. clearly this has nothing to do with Covid but their incompetence.
