This happened two years back hope they have change the attitude,  this happen the time Suzuki ciaz was launched. I was confused which car to buy between the months earlier launched Honda city or ciaz and waited for ciaz to launch and I came form other place to dimapur progressive motors which was more than 400km journey via Assam.


I reached the dealer around 2.30 pm in the evening. I was bit disappointed at glance in ciaz because they give outside that car for display with Ripon on it yet dirty white ciaz. However thinking might have just arrived to show room,  I went inside and try enquiring about ciaz,  no body inside the showroom were welcoming they will just say go to that guy,  once approach, that guy recomeded some one,  tired and upset I waited for some time, and again I try to enquire, and just told me it will take two months for delivery. OK fine wait about quotation, Again I was recomeded to one lady for quotation, at last I was given a quotation.


But no body try to explain anything about car,  that time it was their premium car,  with vitara being discontinued, when the country was all talking about their newly launch ciaz and showroom people of all showroom across country  almost busy explaining about the car to customer,  no one ever care to come closer to that ciaz Park outside to tell me anything,  forget about test drive.  I was treated like unwanted quest,  I fell humiliated,  was it because I look like some one  who came to peep at your so call premium yet failure ciaz, or was it my tired face because of long journey. Not even glass of water was offered. Such an attitude from car showroom is unacceptable. I never came to ask you for free ride but to buy a car.


I went out so heavy hearted and upset and take a look for last time to that ciaz and went to Honda showroom a km away and right after they saw my car entering their showroom one guy open the door smiling,  was taken to the lounge and fofferd glass of water followed by coffee, and to my surprise manager of the showroom attended me  and explain everything about the car,  took quick test and book the car, which took 22 days for delivery,  that also being adjusted form other showroom to fulfill their promise that I get this car in the festive  season that is Christmas.


Dear progressive motors this is how you treat your customers you say you value it. Even unwanted guest are treated better than this,  even if Suzuki launched best of car, I won't buy from progressive motors dimapur any car. It was a ayida Honda,  dimapur, learn from them,  and lastly I'm very happy I didn't bought ciaz.
