Ask any Indian to name a pressure cooker brand and they will take 2 names:
Hawkins and Prestige.
Those who say'Hawkins', are people from previous generation, from 80s and 90s.
But those to say'Prestige' will be relatively younger group of consumers.
That is what branding is, appealing to the right set of consumers!
Coming back to the product being discussed here, Prestige Pressure Cookers are of very high quality and last for years and years. The may get scratched and burnt but they almost never go bad. I have I think 2 Prestige cookers in my kitchen.
Did you know that the Metal(an aluminium alloy) use for making pressure cookers are the same metal as the ones used to make aircraft?
So yeah, you have a high tech piece of equipment making rice for you.
It could have been flying too, only if it was luckier!
Verdict: Very good product!
