I bought this food processor expecting to do a range of kitchen jobs more efficiently, with a reliable machine. Unfortunately Phillips has sold me a lemon or all the models have this issue. Right from the initial installation, a couple of jars needed a hand with pressure on top to get going. The service engineer tried tinkering, but finally gave up an said to do it that way.

You know how adjusting we Indians are. So I continued using it tat way.

How ever now I know about this forum, I told myself that maybe someone else will be better informed.

So if you are looking for a food processor, be warned about Phillips.
