I purchased a Philips food processor HL1659/28 in May 2011 from a Croma Store at Hennur, Bangalore and on the day of installation the suction lever didn’t work and now after a month we notice rubber sediments in the container for kneading dough.


I called the toll free number(1860-180-1111) and got a job sheet number and despite repeated reminders and follow-ups the service agency didn’t show up. The store that sold the product doesn’t want to take responsibility or replace the product. Would recommend not buying a product which has poor service from their authorized service center.
